Based on interviews with dozens of kids and their parents as well as over 25 years of clinical experience, Dr. Saline provides you with extremely helpful insights into how kids honestly think and feel about having ADHD and how to better assist them. She has created a unique, strength-based approach called “the 5 C’s of ADHD parenting” that helps families improve self-Control, Compassion, Collaboration, Consistency and Celebration.
